Instruction of use:

Fill the Merula Cupscup up to the marking line with clean water. If necessary, add a splash of vinegar to prevent limescale deposits from forming in the menstrual cup and the Merula Cupscup. Place your prewashed menstrual cup on the blue insert with the opening facing down. Close the lid and open the steam valve. Heat the Merula Cupscup in the microwave at 750 watts for 5 minutes. If the wattage is different, adjust the heating time accordingly. Make sure the water in the Merula Cupscup does not evaporate completely. After the heating process, the Merula Cupscup and its contents are extremely hot, and hot water or steam can escape from the cup.

Storage: Store the Merula Cupscup dry and with its lid open.

Remarks:

  1. Not all menstrual cups are suitable for heating in microwave. Please refer to the instruction before taking any actions.
  2. There is no product that is absolutely safe to use. Please always be aware of your own body condition while using any kind of menstrual products. If you experience a sudden change in smell or texture and colour of your discharge/cervical fluid, vaginal itch or irritation, high fever, diarrhea, vomiting, fainting, rash or any other kinds of symptoms during your period or shortly after, remove your menstrual cup and contact your doctor immediately as there mIght already be an infection such as TSS or other yeast infection.
