happeriod team will be taking Lunar New Year holiday leave from Jan 28(Tue) noon to Feb 2(Sun), 2025. happeriod eshop on HKTVMALL will temporarily be closed. Shipping arrangements of official eshop happeriod.com will also have special adjustment as stated below. Email, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook page will stop service(except certain special cases and order issues). You may also consider visiting our collaborating partners for urgent needs in purchase(contact relevant shops for opening hours).
Special shipping arrangements during 2025 Lunar New Year:
- All completed orders with payment settled and sufficient information provided from now on till 12:00 noon of Jan 28:
- Such orders would be shipped within 3 working days, no later than Jan 28.
- Orders after Jan 28 noon:
- Completed orders with payment settled and sufficient information provided will be shipped after Feb 3.
- Orders which has not finished settling payment and/or providing sufficient information before 12:00 noon of Jan 28:
- Customers must finish payment (with proof, if mentioned) and/or update a valid address(for orders providing an address that does not match with selected shipping method) within 3 calendar days, or the order would be cancelled. Applied discounts would be forfeited and would not be reissued
- If customers finish settling the payment or updating a valid address within 3 calendar days, orders would be arranged for shipment after Feb 3.
