印度最高法院（The Supreme Court of India）於今年1月30日正式裁定，「月經健康與衛生」乃受印度《憲法》第14、第21、及第21A條與《國家教育權利法案》（the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act）保障的權利，並對印度各邦及聯邦屬地下令一系列強制性命令，探取措施以保障來經者的月經健康與衛生權利。
