Master M Class Online Menstrual Health Courses

The Master M Class is an online menstrual health course designed to provide comprehensive knowledge related to menstruation from various professional perspectives. To reach a broader audience and provide more flexibility, we have divided the course into six topics and created online modules. These topics include concepts of menstrual friendliness and equality, Chinese medicine perspective on wellness, exercise, nutrition, mental health, and more. The course aims to empower participants, enhance their understanding of menstrual cycles, menstrual hygiene, and overall menstrual health. (*Chinese only)
