The happeriod online store will be closed from December 25, 2025(Thursday) to December 28, 2025(Sunday). There will be special shipping arrangements from happeriod.com. Email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook page replies will be suspended during this period (except for special circumstances and some order issues). If you need to purchase any menstrual products, you may also consider visiting our partner retail stores (please check with individual stores for operating hours).

Special arrangements for happeriod online store orders during the Christmas holiday:

1. Orders completed with payment and all correct information received from now until 12:00 PM on December 24, 2025
• Shipping remains normal within three working days during this period, and will be shipped no later than December 24.
2. Orders not yet completed with payment and/or with incomplete information after 12:00 PM on December 24, 2025
• Customers are still required to complete payment and submit proof of payment (if specified) within three calendar days from the date of placing the order, as per our store policy. Customers with incorrect addresses must also submit address updates within three calendar days of being notified by our store. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled, and any used discounts (if applicable) may not be reissued.
• If the customer completes payment and/or updates the address within the deadline, the order will be arranged for shipping sequentially starting from December 29.
3. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on December 24, 2025
• Paid orders with all correct information will be shipped sequentially starting from December 29.
