S.F. Express has announced the full resumption of local to-door delivery service from March 23, 2022. As for the buildings with confirmed cases in the past 14 days, customers may consider to pick up the shipment with our SFHK courier staff downstairs or arrange self-pick up at any outlet of the SFHK self-operated network. In addition, delivery services are still suspended for all isolation centers and community treatment facilities.
As such, we will resume the option of "Direct delivery through S.F. Standard Express-Service" as delivery method with immediate effect. To avoid adding stress to the staff due to the burst in demand for to-door delivery service, we will keep the temporary discount of "Self pick-up at S.F. Service Points" continue till March 31. Customers can refer to their website for more details.
Once again, we are here to thank you all in showing support and understanding to us and to all service providers in this hard time. Certainly we have to thank those who are still dedicated to any kind of service provisions.

Mar 7 2022 Updated:
In response to the current pandemic, Happeriod team decides to, until further notice, temporarily lower the requirement of minimum purchase for choosing "Self pick-up at S.F. Service Points" as shipping method for free, from single purchase of $500 to $350, and customers can add $30 instead of $40 to choose this option if the order cannot meet the minimum. Happeriod hopes this can help providing more options for customers in such difficult condition.
Besides, Hong Kong Post announced a temporary suspension of LocalCourierPost and local parcel service with effect from March 7, but local registered service for posting of mail items up to 2 kilograms remains unchanged. As Happeriod uses local registered service, so we can still ship your order, but followings are the temporary changes of the local registered service: "door delivery of small-sized mail items requiring signature for receipt will be suspended. For other mail items requiring signature for receipt, postmen will not require the recipient to sign for the mail items at door. After delivery of aforesaid types of mail items, delivery result will be recorded." So orders shipped through "Direct delivery through Hong Kong Post Registered Packet Service" might be delivered without signing for confirmation or be placed into letter box in lobby. There are other arrangements for buildings/premises included in a compulsory testing notice published in the Gazette, buildings with residents tested positive in the past 14 days and buildings of the confinees under home quarantine. Customers are encouraged to check for the updates on Hong Kong Post website. Should there be any enquiries about the delivery, customers should contact Hong Kong Post mail delivery services hotline at 2723 3454 as soon as possible. Should there be orders over 2kg, customers would have to switch to 1. Self pick-up through Hong Kong Post EC-Get or 2. Self pick-up at S.F. Service Points. We will contact customer for further arrangement if it is the case.
Last but not least, it is sure that delays must happen for all delivery services, and service changes can be happening every second due to the uncertainty of pandemic and policy making. We hope customers can wait with patience and be thankful to people who are still dedicated to any kind of service provision in such difficult condition.
