On the occasion of the long Easter Holiday, order shipment of e-shop happeriod.com will temporarily suspend from Apr 1(Thurs) 12:00 noon to Apr 6(Tues). WhatsApp and Facebook page will provide limited enquiry service. Order placement of happeriod.com would still be accepted and shipment will resume starting from Apr 7(Wed). Customers can choose to pick-up your e-shop orders at the aforementioned market. Simply choose one out of the three “Pick-up at XXXXX(date) XXXX(time) VESSEL Market” options during checkout and show up accordingly. We will have your order ready on the date you chose. All orders with payment settled and sufficient information provided on or before 12:00 noon* of Apr 1(Thurs) would be shipped within the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 noon*, and orders which has not finished settling payment, providing sufficient information(e.g. providing address that does not match with selected shipping method) or providing payment proof(if suitable) before 12:00 noon* on Apr 1(Thurs), will be processed after Apr 7(Wed).

*Customers choosing to pick up orders at markets must show up at the stall of Happeriod according to the date and time chose during order placement and must show the order details for verification. Order would be cancelled and ordered item(s) will be deemed forfeited by Customer if customer fails to show up within the said period or to show order details for verification. The ordered item(s) will be handled at Happeriod’s sole discretion without liability and further notice.
