The happeriod team will be on holiday from Saturday, October 4, 2025, to Tuesday, October 7, 2025. During this period, our online stores on happeriod.com and on HKTVMALL will suspend shipments. Email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook page replies will also be suspended (except for special circumstances and some order inquiries). If you need to purchase any menstrual products, you may consider visiting our partner stores (please check with individual stores for business hours).

Special arrangements for happeriod online store orders will be as follows:

1. Orders placed, paid for, and with complete and correct information from now until 12:00 PM on Friday, October 3, 2025.
• These orders will be shipped within the normal three working days, no later than October 3.

2. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, October 3, 2025.

• Paid orders with complete and correct information will be shipped sequentially starting from Wednesday, October 8.

3. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, October 3, 2025, that are still unpaid and/or have incomplete information.
• Customers are still required to complete payment and submit proof of payment (if specified) within three calendar days from the order date, according to our store policy. Customers with incorrect addresses must also submit address updates within three calendar days of our notification. Otherwise, the order will be canceled, and any used discounts (if applicable) may not be reissued.
• If customers complete payment and/or update their address within the deadline, their orders will be arranged for shipment sequentially starting from Wednesday, October 8.
