🔥 Hot-selling brand Merula is back!
During this pre-order period (14-27/7), we are offering up to 20% off. If you have been wanting to try a menstrual cup but have been hesitant, this might be a great opportunity to start a new experience.
🌙 Merula Cup
One-size design with a 38ml capacity. The rim has no thick edge, making it worth considering for those trying a menstrual cup for the first time or those looking to switch to a cup with a slightly larger capacity.
🌙 Merula Cup XL
Larger capacity, suitable for those with heavier flows or those with a higher cervix.
After the pre-order period, we will be restructuring our product line, and some colours will not be restocked. If you have your eye on something, grab the chance to get it!
❓FAQ❓
Q: When will it ship?
It is expected to arrive at the end of August, and will be shipped sequentially from the end of August to early September. You will receive a notification email after shipment.
Q: If I'm using a menstrual cup for the first time, is Merula right for me?
Merula uses a one-size design, which can reduce the hassle of choosing a size. Everyone's body is different; using it for the first time might take some practice, so we suggest trying it slowly—you don't need to succeed on the first try.
Q: How do I choose between the Standard and XL models?
The Standard Merula has a 38ml capacity, suitable for normal to heavy flows. The XL model has a larger capacity, making it more suitable for those with heavier flows or those with a higher cervix.
Q: Will the menstrual cup get stuck?
The vagina is not a bottomless pit; its length is generally within 10cm, and at the end is the cervix, which is almost closed with an opening of less than 1cm. So, the menstrual cup won't go somewhere you can't find! Muscle contraction might slightly push the cup deeper in rare cases, but as long as you relax and push gently, you should generally be able to feel the bottom of the cup, then release the vacuum to remove it.
Q: Can I use a menstrual cup if I don't have sexual experience?
Of course! The choice of menstrual products is not directly related to sexual experience. If you are worried that the hymen (vaginal corona) might hinder use or cause discomfort, we suggest exploring your body more first to let it adapt and get used to the feeling. However, everyone's hymen shape and body structure are different, so the experience of using it will vary—some people may not even have a hymen. The most important thing is to follow your own pace; there's no need to force it.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order after pre-ordering?
All pre-order items are non-cancellable and non-changeable. Otherwise, it will be considered an abandoned order, and the deposit paid will be forfeited. No shipping will be arranged after arrival. Please consider carefully before placing an order. If there are other products in your pre-order, they will be shipped together after the pre-order items arrive; separate shipping is not available. For more pre-order terms, please refer to the Pre-order Terms and Conditions.
