Washing suggestions：

1. Wash after use. Soak in water for a few hours before cleaning can enhance the cleansing efficiency.
2. Do not bleach or dry-wash
3. Do not wash at high temperature, with dryer or iron
4. Do not extract too hard or poke it with sharp object
5. Avoid using fabric softeners or steam-irons
6. Wash with a laundry bag in washing machine to avoid damage 

Remarks:

1. You are suggested to wear this product as a support of other menstrual products instead of replacing them
2. This product can replace pantyliner for leakage prevention if you are using tampon or menstrual cups.
3. If you are using 37cm or 42cm super long night pads, you may first trying to use 28cm or 33cm ones along with this product, then to reduce to use of super long ones after you can build up a suitable wearing pattern with this product.
4. If the flow is too heavy, there is a risk of diffusion under pressure. Please adjust the frequency of changing accordingly. 
5. You are suggest to prepare at least 2-3 menstrual panties for an easier replacement during period.
6. There is no product that is absolutely safe to use. Please always be aware of your own body condition while using any kind of menstrual products. If you experience a sudden change in smell or texture and colour of your discharge/cervical fluid, vaginal itch or irritation, high fever, diarrhea, vomiting, fainting, rash or any other kinds of symptoms during your period or shortly after, remove your menstrual cup and contact your doctor immediately as there mIght already be an infection such as TSS or other yeast infection.
